ubuntu thanks for your explanation.
and, i can tell you i cant see My Enet cam in computer, when ever i pug it in it saying >>>> (Found New Hardware CIF Single Chip)
and windows open small window automatically saying
(Welcome To The Found New Hardware Wizard)
Install the software automatically (Recommended)
Install from a list specific location (advanced)
and i tried both of them, and i even locate the software installation folder in advanced Installation but still i never succeed.
Thanks i hope some one will show me the right way how to install it and what to install.

Here is Example I Made For You : CliCk Here To see
briefly: this is a very useful tool to detect your camera’s driver (if it made by vmicro )and give you it’s driver.
note: you must plug the camera on a USB port then use this easy program:Detection Tool of Vimicro PC Camera Processors Model without notice .
I hope that it’s useful

ubuntu thank you once again for your post and your help really appreciate it,
it doesn’t work as well, i simply open the (Vimicro PC Camera Driver Detector)
and press the button (Chick Device) after Search says There is no Vimicro’s Device.
(before i do that i detect my webcam to my PC)
Thank You, i hope you will shoe me some other way.

Well you installed the drivers and you restart the system well before connecting your webcam?
Otherwise try to install the driver manually this way:
In Device Manager, right-click on the webcam and select Update Driver.
Check Install from a list or specific location (Advanced) / Do not rechercher.Je will choose the driver to install.
Click on Disk / Explore.
Cam1690.inf select the file in the folder C / Program Files / JPEG PC Camera / driver and then click Open.
Click OK, Next and Finish.
